2011 Registration
GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
(Pre-Reg is closed.)FOR ONSITE REGISTRANTS:
- Please complete ONE form per family (Husband, Wife, Children 17 & under). Children 18 & older must complete their own registration form. Children (17 or younger) must be listed on the registration form of the adult responsible for them. Children CANNOT check in at registration without their responsible adult present.
- Valid forms of payment are Check, Money Order, or Cash. Sorry, we cannot accept debit or credit cards at this time.
- ONE guidebook will be provided per full registration fee. Additional Guidebooks will be for sale on site until they are gone.
- ONE vehicle per registration form will be allowed on the property. A parking decal will be presented to each principle registrant at the time of check-in at Registration. Decal must be in the Upper Left Hand Side of the Driver's Side Windshield and must be in view at all times.
- If you are missing one or more persons in your party, you MUST leave that person's name badge with their name clearly written on it at the Registration Tent or such person will not be allowed to enter without paying for their registration.
- Banquet ticket prices are per person. Banquet tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. You may show up late for the banquet, but you will not be allowed to enter early. Ticket includes dinner and a beverage.
- T-Shirts prices are per shirt and are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
- Please be sure to wear your name badges at ALL times, this is for your safety and convenience.
- Keep your door prize and banquet tickets in a safe place as they will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
- The weekend schedule, cave trips, and kitchen menu are in the guidebook and posted at Registration.
- If you are a nurse, doctor, EMT or otherwise trained First-Aid Trained, please stop by the first aid tent to let them know where you are camping in case of an emergency.
